DESCRIPTION:Hull’s Angels is ran by the community for the community. \n\n\n\nThe club is owned by the members\, with the day to day operations ran by an elected group of committee members. \n\n\n\nThe committee members and event organisers are all volunteers\, which helps keep our entry fees low. \n\n\n\nThe club’s goal is to make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be\, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities. \n\n\n\nA Hull’s Angels Membership allows you be part of that journey. \n\n\n\n\n\nMember Benefits\n\n\n\nBeing a member gives you the following benefits for the remainder of 2024: \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nSave £1 on the club entry fee each time you visit – meaning after 3 visits it has paid for itself!\n\n\n\nAccess to a Monthly entry fee (£15) for unlimited visits during that month \n\n\n\nYou’ll be eligible to vote at our Annual General Meetings where we decide the future and direction of the club\n\n\n\n\nEven if you can’t visit that often\, you can still purchase a membership to support the club and access the local business discounts: \n\n\n\n\nDiscounts at local hobby stores and cafes such as Mighty Lancer Games\, Hull Pops\, Bad Wolf Gaming\, and The Game Shack Beverley.\n\n\n\nThe Vanus Temple – save 15% on commissions.\n\n\n\nBattle Prints – save 10% on 3D printed alternative miniatures.\n\n\n\nAnd more to come!\n\n\n\n\nSo\, sign up today and help support Hull’s Angels! \n\n\n\n\nAll memberships expire at the same time\, regardless of when purchased. \n\n\n\nNormally our memberships run for a set 12 month period – to bring this into a simpler format for us to manage and for members to remember\, this membership will be a half-year membership expiring in December 2024\, so from January 2025 we can offer memberships that run the full calendar year of January to December. \n\n\n\n\n2024 membership is now closed. SUMMARY:WHTOW: Painting Competition - Banner Bearers
DESCRIPTION:Take part in our first Warhammer The Old World Painting Competition series! As part of our Rallying Cry! events and meet-ups\, this painting challenge lets you take part even if you don’t play! \n\n\n\n\nThe category for this challenge is Banner Bearers! \n\n\n\nFor each challenge in this series there will be a Hull’s Angels trophy up for grabs\, which will be awarded at the Rallying Cry! meet up in December. \n\n\n\nEntry is free\, but to gain access to the online submission portal you will need to register using our ticket system below. Once you’ve registered an email will be sent with a link to the online submission portal. \n\n\n\nRules:\n\n\n\n\nYou must have painted the miniature yourself.\n\n\n\nThe miniature must be Warhammer: The Old World themed.\n\n\n\nAfter the submission deadline the photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page where the public will vote on their favourites – we will include you name alongside your photo.\n\n\n\nThe deadline for this category is November 12th 2024 11:59pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Painting Corner\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you’re not able to paint at home\, or prefer to paint in the company of others\, then our dedicated painting space is for you!  \n\n\n\nWe have desks\, chairs\, lamps\, water cups and palettes available to use – and at a reduced club entry fee!
