DESCRIPTION:Take part in our first Warhammer The Old World Painting Competition series! As part of our Rallying Cry! events and meet-ups\, this painting challenge lets you take part even if you don’t play! \n\n\n\n\nThe category for this challenge is Banner Bearers! \n\n\n\nFor each challenge in this series there will be a Hull’s Angels trophy up for grabs\, which will be awarded at the Rallying Cry! meet up in December. \n\n\n\nEntry is free\, but to gain access to the online submission portal you will need to register using our ticket system below. Once you’ve registered an email will be sent with a link to the online submission portal. \n\n\n\nRules:\n\n\n\n\nYou must have painted the miniature yourself.\n\n\n\nThe miniature must be Warhammer: The Old World themed.\n\n\n\nAfter the submission deadline the photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page where the public will vote on their favourites – we will include you name alongside your photo.\n\n\n\nThe deadline for this category is November 12th 2024 11:59pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Painting Corner\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you’re not able to paint at home\, or prefer to paint in the company of others\, then our dedicated painting space is for you!  \n\n\n\nWe have desks\, chairs\, lamps\, water cups and palettes available to use – and at a reduced club entry fee!

Yeah\, you took a few knocks and stinky Joe don’t walk quite right anymore but you showed ‘em….or so you thought.Rumours are starting\, and so it looks like you will have to show them all who was right….again…and this time its personal!! \n\n\n\nOnce again every game is a chance to put to bed “that” grudge which keeps you and your players up at night. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Essentials\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nA resurrection 7s tournament kindly being hosted at the Hulls Angels Club in the Hull City Centre.\n\n\n\nAll rules from the Deathzone rule book for 7s play.\n\n\n\n5 Games (1 hr 15 min per game)\n\n\n\nRandom 1st game draw\, then Swiss pairing after that.\n\n\n\n18 coaches Max\n\n\n\n\nRoster Creation:\n\n\n\n\nEach team has a budget of 600 GP\n\n\n\n7-11 players (max 4 positional players\, and no more than 2 of any one of them).\n\n\n\nNo purchased re-rolls during roster building.\n\n\n\nNo star players – they are all too self-absorbed to settle any beef with the likes of us – they would just pay someone else to do it (maybe they have).\n\n\n\nInducements from page 93 of the DZ rule book – with the exception of no Desperate Measures\, Special Plays or Mercenaries.\n\n\n\n\nSkills:\n\n\n\nEach team nominates a “captain” and they get “Leader” as a free skill before assigning skills package.Starting skills Package:Tier 1 – 1 primary skill:Amazons\, Chaos Dwarf\, Dark Elf\, Dwarf\, Lizardmen\, Norse\, Undead\, Skaven\, Underworld Alliance\, High Elves\, Wood Elves.Tier 2 – 1 primary\, 1 secondary skill (can be exchanged for primary):Black Orcs\, Chaos Chosen\, Chaos Renegades\, Elven Union\, Humans\, Nobility\, Khorne\, Necromantic Horror\, Nurgle\, Orcs\, Old World Alliance\, Tomb Kings\, Vampires\, Slann.Tier 3 – 2 primary\, 2 secondary skills (can be exchanged for primary):Goblins\, Halflings\, Ogres\, Snotlings \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSpecial rules:\n\n\n\nSkill Escalation: End of rounds 1-4\, one random player (inc captain)\, gets 1 random primary skill to keep for the rest of the tournament (rolled for by opponent).Weather: All games will roll on the “coastal weather table” (because its Hull)FEUD!: Each game will use a version of the “Feud!” Game event from the start.• During set up each game\, One random player on each team have beef with each other. All sales from these help keep the club open. \n\n\n\nAge Restrictions\n\n\n\nTo attend an event you must be 18 or over.  \n\n\n\nDisabled Access\n\n\n\nThe club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on. \n\n\n\nEach of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing\, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit. \n\n\n\nFacilities\n\n\n\nThe club has toilet facilities for both male\, female and disabled visitors. \n\n\n\nWhere to Find Us and Parking\n\n\n\nInformation on the best places to park for the event can be found here \n\n\n\n\n	\n		\n\n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\n\nTickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event starts unless the event is cancelled\, where a full refund will be issued.
