Only one warlord will emerge victorious. \n\n\n\nThis fast-paced 1250-point singles event throws you straight into the fires of the Age of Darkness across four intense rounds\, where every decision matters and every mistake can be punished. \n\n\n\nExpect a full day of tactical warfare featuring varied missions\, pre-selected deployments\, and constantly shifting battlefield challenges designed to test your skill\, adaptability\, and aggression in equal measure. \n\n\n\nThere’s nowhere to hide here — just you\, your army\, and the strength of your command… with a little help from the dice gods\, hopefully. \n\n\n\nWill you dominate through flawless strategy and precision?Will you carve a path to glory through sheer brutality?Or will you fall\, bloodied but wiser\, having learned hard lessons on the battlefield? \n\n\n\nWhatever your goal\, bring your best force\, roll true\, and leave your mark upon the battlefield. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n\n\n08:30 – 09:00 registration \n\n\n\n09:00 – 10:45 – Round 1 \n\n\n\n11:00 – 12:45 – Round 2 \n\n\n\n12:45 – 13:35 – Lunch & Best Army Voting(Including 10 minutes for briefing and setup) \n\n\n\n13:45 – 15:30 – Round 3 \n\n\n\n15:45 – 17:30 – Round 4 \n\n\n\n17:30 – 18:00 – Awards and Goodbyes \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEvent Restrictions & Army Guidelines\n\n\n\nForce Composition\n\n\n\nArmy lists must be constructed using the Crusade Force Organisation Chart found within the Age of Darkness Rulebook\, alongside any additional applicable rules. \n\n\n\nEligible detachments may be selected from: \n\n\n\n\nThe Age of Darkness Rulebook\n\n\n\nAny Journal Tactica\n\n\n\n\nPlayers are required to bring: \n\n\n\n\nA hard or digital copy of all rules relevant to their army\n\n\n\nA copy of their army list for opponent reference\n\n\n\nTokens\, templates\, and dice\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAdditional Restrictions\n\n\n\n\nNo Named Characters\, Special Characters\, or Primarchs are permitted\n\n\n\nA maximum of one High Command unit may be included in your force\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nList Building & Time Etiquette\n\n\n\nEvents by their nature are timed\, and we expect all players to maintain fair etiquette when managing the pace of their turns so that both players are able to complete the allocated turns of each game. \n\n\n\nPlease bear this in mind when constructing your army list and ensure you are confident in your ability to play your chosen force efficiently within the event timings. \n\n\n\nPlayers are encouraged to: \n\n\n\n\nPractice with their lists beforehand\n\n\n\nCommunicate clearly during games\n\n\n\nResolve rules interactions promptly\n\n\n\nAvoid unnecessarily slow play\n\n\n\n\nOur aim is for every player to enjoy a full\, fair\, and enjoyable game experience throughout the event. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nBattle Ready Standard\n\n\n\nAll armies must meet a minimum Battle Ready standard. \n\n\n\nThis means models should be fully assembled\, clearly painted\, and based to a playable tabletop standard. \n\n\n\nMinimum requirements: \n\n\n\n\nAt least 2 colours\n\n\n\nA finished base\n\n\n\n\nA simple example would be: \n\n\n\n\nBlack undercoat\n\n\n\nRed painted lenses/eyes\n\n\n\nTextured or grass base\n\n\n\n\nSimple\, effective\, and ready for war. \n\n\n\nFully painted and thematic armies are strongly encouraged. Not only do they create a far more immersive experience\, but they may also catch the attention of the event organisers when awards are decided… \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEvent Awards\n\n\n\n\nOverall Winner — Most wins / highest VP overall\n\n\n\nMost Bloodthirsty — Highest VP scored in a single game\n\n\n\nBest Hobby — Painting\, conversions\, and army theme\n\n\n\nMost Sporting — Voted for by fellow players\n\n\n\nWooden Spoon — Last place overall\n\n\n\n\nAdditional random prizes may also be awarded throughout the day. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWYSIWYG Policy\n\n\n\nThis event operates under a WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) policy. \n\n\n\nPlayers are expected to ensure that the models and wargear shown on their miniatures accurately represent the units\, weapons\, and upgrades included on their submitted army lists wherever reasonably possible. \n\n\n\nConversions\, kitbashes\, and thematic modelling are absolutely encouraged\, but they should be clear\, consistent\, and easily identifiable to your opponents and event staff. \n\n\n\nIf you are using proxies or alternative models\, please ensure they are appropriately sized and distinguishable. \n\n\n\nIf you are unsure whether a model or conversion is acceptable\, please contact the event organisers in advance for approval. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nArmy List Submission\n\n\n\nPlease ensure that your army lists are submitted no later than 11th July. \n\n\n\nFurther details regarding submissions and event administration will be sent via email at a later date. \n\n\n\nAny list submissions received after this date may not be eligible for list checking prior to the event. \n\n\n\nPlease ensure your lists are: \n\n\n\n\nInclusive of all relevant wargear and upgrades\n\n\n\nAccurate\n\n\n\nClearly formatted\n\n\n\n\n\nQuestions?\n\n\n\nIf you’ve got any questions about this event that aren’t answered in the event pack or below\, please get in touch! \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Venue\n\n\n\nHull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club is ran by the community\, for the community. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers\, which helps keep our entry fees low.  \n\n\n\nOur goal is the make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be\, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities.  \n\n\n\nFood and Drinks\n\n\n\nFood will not be provided for this event\, however the club is located right in the middle of Hull City Center which is home to all kinds of bars\, restaurants and takeaways.The club has a front counter which sells hot and cold drinks\, snacks\, hobby supplies\, dice\, and sprays! All sales from these help keep the club open. \n\n\n\nAge Restrictions\n\n\n\nTo attend an event you must be 18 or over.  \n\n\n\nDisabled Access\n\n\n\nThe club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on. \n\n\n\nEach of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing\, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit. \n\n\n\nFacilities\n\n\n\nThe club has toilet facilities for both male\, female and disabled visitors. \n\n\n\nWhere to Find Us and Parking\n\n\n\nInformation on the best places to park for the event can be found here \n\n\n\n\n	\n		\n\n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\n\nTickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event starts unless the event is cancelled\, where a full refund will be issued. If you turn up after the safety briefing at the start of the event\, you may be turned away without a refund.
