Join us to determine the fate of a planet and end our four year long narrative! \n\n\n\n\nEvent Essentials\n\n\n\nSystem: Warhammer 40\,000 \n\n\n\nWhen: 23rd & 24th May 2026 \n\n\n\nWhere: Hull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club \n\n\n\nBattle Size: 2000 points \n\n\n\nBoard Size: 6 x 4 \n\n\n\nMissions: Custom Narrative Missions \n\n\n\nNumber of games: 5 \n\n\n\nPainting Requirement: Fully painted and based \n\n\n\nNumber of Tickets: 16 \n\n\n\nOrganiser: Tom HBCP/Longshanks Link: TBC \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n\n\nDay 1 \n\n\n\n8:30 Registration\, meet your teams and story set up \n\n\n\n9:00 – 12:00 Round 1 \n\n\n\n12:00 – 12:45 Lunch \n\n\n\n12:45 – 15:45 Round 2 \n\n\n\n15:45 – 16:00 Break \n\n\n\n16:00 – 19:00 Round 3 \n\n\n\nDay 2 \n\n\n\n9:00 – 12:00 Round 4 \n\n\n\n12:00 – 12:45 Lunch \n\n\n\n12:45 – 16.30 Round 5 \n\n\n\n16.30 – 17:30 Prizes and story wrap up \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrizes\n\n\n\nThis is a narrative event and there are no prizes for winning games. \n\n\n\nPrizes are for the following: \n\n\n\n\nBest Sport (the player people enjoyed playing against the most)\n\n\n\nBest Army (the most well modelled and painted army)\n\n\n\nBest Theme (the player that brought the most thematic army choices)\n\n\n\nMost Narrative player (the player that played to their army’s theme)\n\n\n\nBest Custom Character (see below)\n\n\n\n\nThere will also be a series of other prizes\, including spot prizes every round. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRules\n\n\n\nArmy: \n\n\n\nYou will need a 2000 point army. \n\n\n\nYou may not include any named epic heroes (E.g. no Calgar\, no Swarmlord etc) \n\n\n\nInstead you are heavily encouraged to use the new Custom Character generation that can be found in The Maelstrom: Crucible of Champions book. However\, this must be a model specifically built to look like a unique champion – not a model you already have that just uses new rules. For example: if you have a T’au broadside commander then he should look very different to other broadsides. \n\n\n\nThe event is a narrative event and thus you may have extra alterations to your army from the GM as the story develops. \n\n\n\nHobby Rules: \n\n\n\nTo keep the narrative as engaging as possible all models in your army should be fully painted and based. \n\n\n\nConversions\, kitbashes etc are encouraged but they must be recognisable and hold the same attributes as the model they represent (e.g. roughly the same size\, on the same base etc). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQuestions?\n\n\n\nIf you’ve got any questions about this event that aren’t answered in the event pack or below\, please get in touch! \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Venue\n\n\n\nHull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club is ran by the community\, for the community. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers\, which helps keep our entry fees low.  \n\n\n\nOur goal is the make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be\, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities.  \n\n\n\nFood and Drinks\n\n\n\nFood will not be provided for this event\, however the club is located right in the middle of Hull City Center which is home to all kinds of bars\, restaurants and takeaways.The club has a front counter which sells hot and cold drinks\, snacks\, hobby supplies\, dice\, and sprays! All sales from these help keep the club open. \n\n\n\nAge Restrictions\n\n\n\nTo attend an event you must be 18 or over.  \n\n\n\nDisabled Access\n\n\n\nThe club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on. \n\n\n\nEach of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing\, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit. \n\n\n\nFacilities\n\n\n\nThe club has toilet facilities for both male\, female and disabled visitors. \n\n\n\nWhere to Find Us and Parking\n\n\n\nInformation on the best places to park for the event can be found here \n\n\n\n\n	\n		\n\n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\n\nTickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event starts unless the event is cancelled\, where a full refund will be issued. If you turn up after the safety briefing at the start of the event\, you may be turned away without a refund. Hull’s Angels is not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) that may occur if an event is cancelled. To request a refund please contact us.
