DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re a brand-new general taking your first steps into Warhammer: The Old World\, a returning veteran dusting off a long-forgotten army\, or a seasoned commander looking for some friendly games\, the Battle March League is open to everyone. \n\n\n\nDesigned with new and returning players in mind\, the league provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can learn the rules\, develop your army\, and enjoy regular games against a variety of opponents. Experienced players are equally encouraged to take part and help create a fun\, friendly\, and supportive community for all. \n\n\n\nWhile victory is always satisfying\, the true aim of the Battle March League is to enjoy the hobby\, meet fellow players\, and help build a thriving local Warhammer: The Old World community. \n\n\n\n\nLeague Essentials\n\n\n\nWhen: October 2026 – January 2027 \n\n\n\nWhere: Hull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club \n\n\n\nOrganiser: Will W \n\n\n\nGame Format: The Old World \n\n\n\nPoints: 500pts – 750pts \n\n\n\nBattleplans: Provided each round \n\n\n\nNumber of games: 5 \n\n\n\nPainting requirement: None \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRound Schedule\n\n\n\nEach round will last approximately three weeks: \n\n\n\nRound 1 • 6th October500 points \n\n\n\nRound 2 • 27th October600 points \n\n\n\nRound 3 • 17th November600 points \n\n\n\nRound 4 • 8th December600 points \n\n\n\nFinal Round • January750 points \n\n\n\nTo account for the Christmas and New Year period\, the final round will have an extended completion window. All final-round games must be completed by 19th January. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNo Painting Requirements / No locked faction\n\n\n\nThere are no painting requirements for the Battle March League. \n\n\n\nWhether you have a fully painted army\, a work in progress force\, or models fresh from the box\, you’re welcome to take part. The goal is simple: get models on the table\, learn the game\, meet fellow hobbyists\, and enjoy everything The Old World has to offer. \n\n\n\nPlayers are welcome to change factions between rounds if they wish\, making this a great opportunity to try different armies and explore everything The Old World has to offer. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQuestions?\n\n\n\nIf you’ve got any questions about this league please get in touch! \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Venue\n\n\n\nHull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club is ran by the community\, for the community. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers\, which helps keep our entry fees low.  \n\n\n\nOur goal is the make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be\, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities.  \n\n\n\nFood and Drinks\n\n\n\nThe club has a front counter which sells hot and cold drinks\, snacks\, hobby supplies\, dice\, and sprays! All sales from these help keep the club open. \n\n\n\nAge Restrictions\n\n\n\nLeagues follow our standard club night restrictions on ages. \n\n\n\nDisabled Access\n\n\n\nThe club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on. \n\n\n\nEach of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing\, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit. \n\n\n\nFacilities\n\n\n\nThe club has toilet facilities for both male\, female and disabled visitors. \n\n\n\nWhere to Find Us and Parking\n\n\n\nInformation on the best places to park can be found here \n\n\n\n\n	\n		\n\n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\n\nTickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the league starts unless the league is cancelled\, where a full refund will be issued.
