If this is successful roll again on the serious injury chart three time instead (ignoring further deaths)Dual-Wielding– If you have a weapon equipped in both hands (or in a tail) at the start of combat\, choose one to fight with your normal attack characteristic. The other weapon(s) will become the off hand and any additional attacks gained are -1 to hit. Ambidextrous is a new skill available to any hero which negates this.Critical Hits– A Roll of a 6 to wound no longer causes a critical hit. Instead\, if you wound a target\, roll another d6. On a 6 you cause a critical hit and use the advanced crit tables.Skaven with the art of silent death will score critical hit on a 5 or 6 as usual on this extra roll.Shooting– Only 1/3rd (rounding up) of your models can be equipped with missile weapons.Hired swords count towards this restriction. If your warband loses members and the ratio increases beyond your cap\, you cannot hire any more members with missile weapons until it is rectified.Equipment ChangesOnly equipment from the Core Rulebook and 2002 annual may be used.– Shields and bucklers add +1 save in combat if equipped in a hand– Sale! – Black powder weapon prices are reduced by a third (rounding up) and will use the advanced black powder rules (a 1 to hit incurs a roll on the black powder mishap chart)– A warband can only have 1 rabbit’s foot\, 1 lucky charm and one holy/unholy relic.Magic/Prayers– The Silver Arrows of Arha spell now follows all normal shooting penalties except moving (i.e. long range and cover). Events are always more immersive when every force looks the part and hobby-focused awards may favour teams who fully embrace the spirit of the setting. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEvent Awards\n\n\n\n\nOverall Winners — Most wins / highest VP overall\n\n\n\nMost Bloodthirsty — Highest VP scored in a single game\n\n\n\nBest Hobby — Painting\, conversions\, and army theme\n\n\n\nMost Sporting (Battle Brothers Award) — Voted by fellow players\n\n\n\nWooden Spoon — Last place overall\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nList Submission\n\n\n\nPlease ensure both players’ army lists are submitted via Best Coast Pairings no later than 1st August 2026. \n\n\n\nLate submissions may not be reviewed before the event\, so please ensure your lists are accurate\, clearly formatted\, and include all relevant upgrades and wargear options. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWYSIWYG Policy\n\n\n\nThis event operates under a WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) policy. \n\n\n\nPlayers are expected to ensure that the models and wargear shown on their miniatures accurately represent the units\, weapons\, and upgrades included on their submitted army lists wherever reasonably possible. \n\n\n\nConversions\, kitbashes\, and thematic modelling are absolutely encouraged\, but they should be clear\, consistent\, and easily identifiable to your opponents and event staff. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers\, which helps keep our entry fees low.  \n\n\n\nOur goal is the make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be\, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities.  \n\n\n\nFood and Drinks\n\n\n\nFood will not be provided for this event\, however the club is located right in the middle of Hull City Center which is home to all kinds of bars\, restaurants and takeaways.The club has a front counter which sells hot and cold drinks\, snacks\, hobby supplies\, dice\, and sprays! All sales from these help keep the club open. \n\n\n\nAge Restrictions\n\n\n\nTo attend an event you must be 18 or over.  \n\n\n\nDisabled Access\n\n\n\nThe club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on. \n\n\n\nEach of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing\, or sat on stools at.
