No Dramatis Personae can be used. \n\n\n\nNo warband may exceed 25 models total at any time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHouse Rules\n\n\n\nLeaders– All Leaders start with 1 free skill of their choice.The first time your leader dies you can ignore this on the roll of a 2+. If this is successful roll again on the serious injury chart three time instead (ignoring further deaths)Dual-Wielding– If you have a weapon equipped in both hands (or in a tail) at the start of combat\, choose one to fight with your normal attack characteristic. The other weapon(s) will become the off hand and any additional attacks gained are -1 to hit. Ambidextrous is a new skill available to any hero which negates this.Critical Hits– A Roll of a 6 to wound no longer causes a critical hit. Instead\, if you wound a target\, roll another d6. On a 6 you cause a critical hit and use the advanced crit tables.Skaven with the art of silent death will score critical hit on a 5 or 6 as usual on this extra roll.Shooting– Only 1/3rd (rounding up) of your models can be equipped with missile weapons.Hired swords count towards this restriction. If your warband loses members and the ratio increases beyond your cap\, you cannot hire any more members with missile weapons until it is rectified.Equipment ChangesOnly equipment from the Core Rulebook and 2002 annual may be used.– Shields and bucklers add +1 save in combat if equipped in a hand– Sale! – Black powder weapon prices are reduced by a third (rounding up) and will use the advanced black powder rules (a 1 to hit incurs a roll on the black powder mishap chart)– A warband can only have 1 rabbit’s foot\, 1 lucky charm and one holy/unholy relic.Magic/Prayers– The Silver Arrows of Arha spell now follows all normal shooting penalties except moving (i.e. long range and cover). They will also be used as first decider: \n\n\n\n\nScore 3 or more touchdowns : 1pts\n\n\n\nConcede 0 touchdowns: 1pts\n\n\n\nCause 3 or more casualties: 1pts\n\n\n\n\nRecord Keeping\n\n\n\nIt is a coaches responsibility to properly keep a record of their team(s) during the league(s). This can be done on paper or electronically. If you need any support on this please talk to the League Commissioner. \n\n\n\nDivisions and Play-offs\n\n\n\nDepending on the number of coaches taking part there may be multiple divisions. The top teams from the division(s) will qualify for the Play-offs\, which is a knockout series of games to see who is the season 5 champion! \n\n\n\nFailure to Play Rules\n\n\n\nIf a game doesn’t happen within the two week period the League Commissioners will judge the penalty based on a Failure to Play (FTP) fault scoring system. Each fault (e.g.\, not communicating in a timely manner\, not showing up\, cancelling the game last minute) will add to that coaches FTP score. The coach with the higher FTP score will suffer a loss. The severity of the loss will be based on the difference in the scores. \n\n\n\n\nIf there is no difference between the FTP scores (both coaches were equally to blame) the game will be a 0-0 draw\, with no bonus points\, MVP or winnings for either coach.\n\n\n\nA difference of 1 between the FTP scores will result in a 1–0 win\, with 1 bonus point\, 50k winnings\, and an MVP awarded to the coach with the lower FTP score.\n\n\n\nA difference of 2 or more between the FTP scores will result in a 2–0 win\, with 1 bonus point\, 60k winnings\, and 2 MVP’s awarded to the coach with the lower FTP score.\n\n\n\n\nOf course\, sometimes there are exceptional circumstances that cannot be avoided. The League commissioners will be more lenient to faults outside of the coaches control\, such as illness and emergencies. \n\n\n\nFriendlies\n\n\n\nCoaches may play any number of friendly games as per page 103 of the rulebook (the games have no impact on the league).
