Fallout Factions – Welcome to Nuka-World

Fallout: Factions is a two-player skirmish wargame set in the post-nuclear playground of the Wasteland. Assemble your crew of hardened survivors, mercenaries, mutants, or zealots and step into Nuka-World, a faded monument to pre-war excess where bright lights, catchy jingles, and smiling mascots mask blood-soaked streets and brutal ambition.
Once a symbol of carefree fun, Nuka-World is now a prize worth killing for. Its rides hide choke points, its plazas become battlegrounds, and every faction, raider gang or not, sees something worth taking. Territory, supplies, reputation… or just the satisfaction of tearing down a lie that lasted too long.
In a world where nostalgia is weaponised and the past is for sale, everyone wants a piece of the park, and no one’s here to play fair.
War… war never changes.
But the park? That’s awaiting new management…

Event Rules
What You’ll Need
- Your crew – see “Rules Changes”.
- A copy of your crew roster to use during games, a spare for your opponents and one for the tournament organisers (TO).
- The rules for anything you’re using- paper or electronic are fine, but these should be available to your opponent to check if necessary.
- Dice, measuring tapes, tokens, and other paraphernalia.
- Fallout: Factions Tournament Booklet C.O.M.P. Kit
- Note – when creating your crew your 250 cap limit is for models, perks, weapon mods and upgrades, but not chems. Chems must come from the 20 cap chem budget only.
Rules Changes
- As per Page 4 of the Fallout: Factions Tournament Booklet C.O.M.P. Kit.
- A Crew may take a maximum of 3 models armed with Combat Rifles
- If the Target for an Open Fire action is Engaged, the associated S.P.E.C.I.A.L test is Unlucky.
- If a model uses the Back Off action, any Open Fire action in the same Turn will count the associated S.P.E.C.I.A.L test as Unlucky. Weapons with the CQB rule and models with the parting shot perk, ignore this effect.
- Replace Four Leaf Clover perk description (Page 107) with the following:
- “During the Fortune Smiles Step of a S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Test, this model rolls an additional 2 Standard Dice if any Luck dice triggers Fortune Smiles.”

About the Venue
Hull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club is ran by the community, for the community. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers, which helps keep our entry fees low.
Our goal is the make the gaming community in Hull and East Yorkshire the best it can be, and offer a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy with great facilities.
Food and Drinks
Food will not be provided for this event, however the club is located right in the middle of Hull City Center which is home to all kinds of bars, restaurants and takeaways.
The club has a front counter which sells hot and cold drinks, snacks, hobby supplies, dice, and sprays! All sales from these help keep the club open.
Age Restrictions
To attend an event you must be 18 or over.
Disabled Access
The club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on.
Each of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit.
Facilities
The club has toilet facilities for both male, female and disabled visitors.

Refund Policy
Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event starts unless the event is cancelled, where a full refund will be issued. If you turn up after the safety briefing at the start of the event, you may be turned away without a refund. Hull’s Angels is not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) that may occur if an event is cancelled. To request a refund please contact us.
