Get ready to show off your tactical prowess in the 41st millennium with the return of the Hull’s Angels annual league for Warhammer 40,000!
This season, we’ve got the usual 2000pt Strikeforce-sized league, plus a brand-new 1000pt Incursion-sized league. So, whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just starting your journey into competitive play, there’s a league for you!
There is no mercy. There is no respite. Prepare yourself for battle.
League Essentials
System: Warhammer 40,000
When: Starting Tuesday 26th August
Where: Hull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club
Battle Size: 1000pt or 2000pts depending on League
Board Size: 60”x44”
Scenarios: Chapter Approved 2025-25
Number of games: TBC based on participant count
Painting Requirement: Extra points for Battle Ready
Ticket Price: £5
The league is split into two sub-leagues, you’ll need a relevant ticket for the one you wish to take part in:
Strikeforce – a 2000pts competitive league using all the typical rules found at tournaments.
Incursion – a more relaxed 1000pt league designed for players who are maybe newer to the game, those with less time, or wanting to try something different!
About Leagues at Hull’s Angels
Hull’s Angels Tabletop Gaming Club is ran by the community, for the community. Our committee members and event organisers are all volunteers, which helps keep our entry fees low.
Cost of Entry
Each league has an entry cost to cover website costs, any swag, and awards.
Leagues are played out over several weeks or months – each time you visit standard club fees apply.
If you’re not already, you’ll likely save money on entry fees when taking part in a league by becoming a member.
Games
As this a club league, and to align with our safeguarding requirements, all league games must be played at the club.
Refund Policy
Once the league has started we are unable to issue refunds.
Disabled Access
The club is situated on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we have no disabled access right now – this is something we’re working on.
Each of gaming tables are designed to be stood at while playing, or sat on stools at. If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer a lower table with chairs please let us know and we can provide one for your visit.
Facilities
The club has toilet facilities for both male, female and disabled visitors.
