Time has run out.
For months, the damaged Ark Mechanicum ‘Divine By Zero’ has sat in Luthien II-A’s orbital docks, undergoing critical repairs after its harrowing escape from Semita IV. Each day, forge-thralls and tech-priests labor to restore its void shields, rekindle its plasma reactors, and appease its wounded machine spirits. Soon, very soon, it will be ready to transit to Terra itselfโa massive war asset for the final battles to come.
The Dark Mechanicum can wait no longer. Their carefully laid plans called for months more of subtle corruption, but with the Ark’s repairs nearing completion, they must strike NOW. In a desperate gambit, sleeper agents throughout Luthien’s forges reveal themselves. Daemon-corrupted scrapcode floods the data-sphere. Hidden forces emerge to realise hastily-drafted plans.
Both sides understand the stakes. If the Ark reaches Terra intact, it would prove decisive in the siege to come. But if the Dark Mechanicum can corrupt or cripple it here, the Emperor loses not just a ship, but the hope and resources of an entire forge world with it.
This is not the slow corruption the Warmaster’s agents plannedโthis is a desperate, all-or-nothing assault. Ancient vaults crack open. Forbidden weapons activate. The final battle for the Carinae Cluster begins.
“In the dying light of the 31st Millennium, heroes are forged and empires are broken. Today, we decide if the Ark Mechanicum stands with Terraโor burns amongst the ruin of the Carinae Cluster.”
This is a Narrative style event, so events will happen sporadically throughout the game!
There is no painting requirement but it is highly encouraged.
